Refund and Returns Policy

At Kutiyana Kandhoi Memon Sweets & Nimco, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 to 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that all items, including sweets, nimco, and other food products, are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes:

  • Fresh food items (sweets, nimco, snacks)
  • Made-to-order or customized products.
  • Items opened or consumed after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the item(s) received.
  • A brief description of the issue.

 

We’ll review your complaint and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds may only be approved in special cases, at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products.

Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout or courier issues beyond our control. Please double-check your shipping information before placing the order.
